There are two processes to post a request on PLASTREQUEST.COM.

The first process is via: "Post a Request"

Choose this option when you want to post a quotation request quickly or when you don't know exactly what you need.
Your request will appear in the Leads Dashboard immediately after posting and will be visible to all suppliers.

Suppliers who think they can make a suitable offer can send you a quote directly from the Leads Dashboard.

You can compare the quotation(s) received and choose which supplier(s) you want to contact.
If you have any questions or comments before agreeing to the quotation, you have the option of sending a chat message to the selected supplier(s).

The supplier will receive a notification or will start a live chat with you if available on the platform.
In case you are not available on the platform you can reply to the chat afterwards.
Also an email notification about the chat will be send to you.

After comparing, you decide which supplier you will award the order to.

The second process is via: "Supplier Profile Page"

Suppliers can also be found via the categories, simply browse through the categories that match your need.
Suppliers who have indicated that they are active in this category will appear directly in your search result.

The search result lists business cards from the suppliers that matched your search.
From the business card, there are two ways to place a quotation request.

The first way is to click on the business card of the selected supplier.
You will then be taken to the supplier's profile page and from there you can click on "Request a Quote".
From the supplier profile page you can also start a live chat. This option can be useful if you want to learn more about the company first.
Finally, on the supplier's page you will find the "INVITE FOR EXISTING REQUEST" button that allows you
to invite that supplier for providing a quote for a previously sent quote request.
This option is useful if you have not received a suitable quotation from other suppliers.

The second way is to click directly on the green "Request a Quote" icon, found in the right column on the business card.
If you do this then you will go directly into the request form.

In both cases you will be taken to the same request form and you will have the option to send your quote request to
multiple suppliers at once by clicking on "send request to related suppliers also" in the request form.
Here you can also enclose attachments to your quotation request.

After registration buyers will have a profile page with a dashboard for managing their profile, quotation requests and orders.
